Here are a few recording samples. You can judge the quality of sound yourself and see how good it is -- especially when you consider the low cost!

Example #2 |
EMPORIUM :: live multi-track @ the Crazy Train :: One of my favorite college bands that I recorded while doing sound. The day after a show I spend an hour or two with the recording to mix it down. Inputs: vocal mics, 2x guitar mic, bass DI, kick mic, snare mic, 2x OH mics |
Example #3 |
Joseph Glarner band :: quick demo for a press kit :: This band needed a press kit done quickly; I simply brought my gear to their practice space and set up a few microphones. The instruments were multi-tracked live and then vocal tracks were overdubbed afterwards. Within 4 hours we had a 4-song demo fully mixed down and ready to send out! Inputs: vocal mic, keys DI, bass DI, kick mic, snare mic, 2x OH mics |
Example #4 |
On The Sly :: live multi-track @ LeMoyne College :: As one of the first recordings that I made with my current setup, you can hear the cleanliness of the raw recording. This example has almost no EQ, effects, panning, or compression. Another easy live multi-track yields another better-than-soundboard quality recording. Super clean! Inputs: guitar mic, bass DI, kick mic, OH mic |
Example #5 |
Creatures of Habit :: a few quick tunes :: This pop-fusion group has been growing quickly and wanted some extra merchandise to sell at their shows. We found a good location to record and thing went very quickly. Within 3 hours we had setup, recorded 7 tracks, and finished breaking down. Fast and effective! Inputs: vocal mic, guitar mic, keys mic, bass DI, kick mic, snare mic, 2x OH mics |
Example #6 |
On The Sly :: live multi-track @ Mezzanotte's :: Since I was running sound at this event, it was super-easy to record it. Unfortunately the room had terrible acoustics and other methods of recording would have produced poor results. Inputs: keys DI, bass DI, kick mic, OH mic |
